KING AIR INSPECTIONS
We offer competitive rates on all inspections, including 200-Hour Phase Inspections, Biennial Inspections and Special Inspections. We can provide you with a current Maintenance Requirements Report for future maintenance tracking needs.
KING AIR WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT
Whether your King Air windshield has cracked, delaminated or lost its ability to heat, we can replace the damaged unit with an OEM part, usually within one day, and have you back in the air with minimum delay.
AIRCRAFT IMPORT/EXPORT SERVICES

LEAD ACID BATTERY SERVICE
Most battery manufacturers recommend a 3-month, 6-month and/or Annual Battery Capacitance Check. By performing this check, we can determine the airworthiness condition of the battery, thereby eliminating any potential downtime in the future.
PT-6 ENGINE RIGGING SERVICE
Allow us to rectify any staggered control levers and lessen the pilot workload, whether at takeoff or in cruise flight. Staggered levers may also be an indication that a potential problem exists with an engine component.
WING BOLT INSPECTION - REPLACEMENT - NDT
Complete NDT inspection of wing fittings and hardware is performed in accordance with the latest revision of the King Air Structural Inspection and Repair Manual. New bolts and hardware, when time-limit replacement is required, are HawkerBeechcraft OEM parts.
LANDING GEAR 6-YEAR INSPECTIONS
Options include replacing existing gear assemblies with overhauled exchange units from certified vendors, or if time permits, overhauling existing gear assemblies by certified vendors.
ACRYLIC WINDOW EVALUATION/REPAIR
Many acrylic cabin windows with nicks and scratches may not require replacement if sufficient material thickness is present to rework the windows using correct refurbishing procedures, thereby lowering maintenance costs and downtime.
FUEL CELL REPLACEMENT
Eventually, the time will come when your King Air develops a fuel tank leak. We can replace the necessary bladder(s) with your choice of new or overhauled OEM units, or new FAA-PMA units from reputable fuel cell bladder manufacturers.
FUEL SYSTEM QUANTITY CALIBRATION
We can perform a complete inspection of all components of the DC capacitance indicating system, as well calibration of the fuel quantity indicators.
RAISBECK MODIFICATION INSTALLATIONS
We offer and install the complete line of Raisbeck Engineering Performance System mods including the redesigned Crown Wing Lockers with increased volume. If your King Air 200 or 300 series is currently equipped with nacelle lockers, replacement Retro Crown Doors may be available which would give you the benefit of the increased volume at a modest cost.
